Returns

We really hope that you'll love your purchase but completely understand if you feel that you may want to return it. Please contact us if you would like to return the item/s and we will do all we can to help. Get in touch

Please provide your name, address and the item you purchased when getting in touch and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

You can then simply return your item/s to us in the same condition that you received and in the same packaging within 28 days of purchase and we will refund the cost in full. You should receive the refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage and are unable to offer refunds if the product is lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that if the product is over £20 that it is returned via recorded delivery.

Changed your mind

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, simply email us and we will cancel your order if the item/s have not yet been dispatched. Please note that orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.
